Created by local Oberon residents, Amanda and Drew, The Milbrey began as a passion project alongside their award-winning catering business, Short St. Kitchen, based in Bathurst, NSW and quickly became something very close to their hearts.

Inspired by the charm of this historical building, Amanda and Drew wanted to blend a gourmet food offering with a delightful shopping experience.
